Sponsorship Agreement: By selecting this package and making payment, the sponsor (hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor") agrees to sponsor the event as detailed in this package. 2. Payment: The sponsor shall make payment in full to secure their package of choice. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of sponsorship. 3. Event Ticket: Sponsor will receive (1) complimentary event tickets specified in the package upon payment. The tickets will grant admission to all event activities and sessions. 4. Recognition: The sponsor will be acknowledged as a sponsor during the event. Specific details of recognition will be provided closer to the event date and are as defined in each package. 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Sponsorship packages are non-refundable. In the event that the event is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to the Sponsor. 6. Logo and Branding: To include your logo and branding in event materials, please provide high-resolution logo files and branding guidelines no later than 10/10/2023. Failure to provide these materials may result in limited recognition. 7. Deadline: This sponsorship package is available until 10/10/2023.
